Phase 1 built the platform. Phase 2 made it discoverable, publishable and bookable. Phase 3 protects the original work, measures what people actually use and scales only what proves valuable.

Cost transparency

The real bottom line belongs in the build story too.

Each phase now includes a Cost & Resources section separating one-time costs, recurring costs, existing subscriptions, free/current account tiers and the time invested. Verified so far: $21.25 in initial project spend — $11.25 for the domain plus $10.00 in OpenAI API credit for Reza — and $19.99/month in fixed recurring cost for ChatGPT Plus. The domain may require a future renewal, and Reza API credit is usage-based and only needs to be replenished when needed. Phase 2 closed with $0 in new software spend. Phase 3 has also started at $0 new software spend. For time, we publish the documented build window when exact hands-on hours were not tracked rather than inventing an estimate.
