PHASE 3
In progressProtect, Measure & Scale

Protect the work.
Learn from the data.
Scale with intent.

The platform works. Phase 3 is about maturity: protect the original work, measure what people actually discover and use, then expand only where the evidence says it adds value.

Copyright & Content Use foundation

As the site became more original — especially with Thoughts When Driving — the next question was not another feature. It was how to make the ownership and sharing rules clear without pretending that copyright can lock up ideas themselves.

  1. Add a sitewide copyright notice. Public pages now identify © 2026 Rouzbeh Salehinia and link to one consistent content-use policy.
  2. Give the blog extra clarity. Thoughts When Driving now explains that original human-authored writing and original photographs may be linked and briefly quoted with attribution while substantial republication requires permission unless the law allows it.
  3. Publish a Copyright & Content Use page. The policy separates ordinary sharing from republication and clearly states that facts, general ideas, methods, short phrases, fair use and other legal rights are not being claimed as exclusive property.
  4. Document the AI boundary. Because this is an AI-assisted project, the policy limits its claim to human-authored or otherwise protectable elements instead of overstating what belongs to the site.
Completed: the on-site content-protection foundation is live. Formal copyright registration, if pursued later, is a separate filing step and is not represented here as completed.

Phase 3 starts with the existing stack

The first Phase 3 work uses the website, Vercel, Supabase and existing tools already in the project. No new paid service was required to add the content-use policy or copyright notices.

Phase 3 roadmap

What comes next

Phase 3 is where the project becomes more disciplined: protect what is original, learn from real usage, create a reusable blueprint and only add features that earn their place.

Completed11On-site copyright and content-use foundation.
Next12Measure search visibility and visitor behavior: indexing, queries, impressions, clicks and which pages earn attention.
Planned13“How We Built It + Build Your Own”: turn the project into a reusable, pick-and-choose blueprint that another ChatGPT user can follow.
Planned14Refine Reza using real visitor questions, booking behavior and content gaps instead of guessing what should be added.
Ongoing15Keep publishing Thoughts When Driving and document meaningful changes, costs, device time and lessons learned.

The project has moved from building, to discovery, to maturity. Phase 3 is intentionally less about adding more — and more about protecting, measuring and scaling what already works.
