Rouzbeh was my previous manager whom I had the pleasure of working with. He is an all-around hardworking and loyal manager who dedicated his time to make our team succeed no matter what it took. Whether it was coaching or helping our customers directly, being a part of his team I learned a lot about business and what a great manager exemplifies. Not only did he help me grow into my role but helped strengthen us as team . Thank you Rouzbeh for being a role model and more importantly an amazing manager.

Rouzbeh is a phenomenal supervisor. I have had the pleasure of working with him for some time now. As a Human Resources Admin he makes my job much easier. He truly understands the importance of fairness, leadership and coaching. He has taken his team to heights I have not thought possible. He always keeps them motivated by leading them, working right beside them or setting up friendly competitions to promote unity. He is one of the best Supervisors I have had the pleasure of working with. He truly cares about his team, his work and his coworkers. His great attitude is a pleasure to be around. I had the pleasure of working with Rouzbeh for over 2 years when he was one of the top performing Team Leaders in my team. He is an excellent leader, team player, and a very hard worker. Incredible work-ethic, Rouzbeh was the leadership element at the Jacksonville Sort Center (JAX5) that met or exceeded daily OTD/CPT requirements. He directly managed 100+ associates on a daily basis in a high optempo distribution environment. He was directly responsible for numerous process improvements across many elements of the distribution (sort) center, which had a direct positive impact on customer experience. Rouzbeh was never satisfied with "the way things are" and was always looking for process improvement opportunities. I am proud to have served with Rouzbeh, and would glady partner with him again in any capacity.

Relentlessly customer obsessed, charismatic and a results-oriented mindset led Rouzbeh to be the top performing member of our peer group while at the JAX5 node within Amazon. Internally, he consistently looked for ways to improve the operation not just as a business, but as a way we engage with our associates. He successfully linked external, community organizations to our facility greatly improving support systems for our associates in a variety of roles. Additionally, he ensured Amazon’s presence as a key stakeholder in the greater Jacksonville area by conceiving, planning and executing drives to support local schools through donations and drives within our facility. His infectious personality ensured that the entire building had buy in and always understood the “why” behind our support of local organizations and the community.

I have had the pleasure of working with Rouzbeh as one of my former managers. He is very hard working and has a special way of connecting with his coworkers, who also have made nothing but positive statements about him. Rouzbeh is very dedicated to his work and goes above and beyond to make sure he accomplishes his tasks. His energy is full of positivity.

I have worked with Rouzbeh for two years as a warehouse associate and he was an Operations Manager. Rouzbeh was highly respected by the other members of the management team and fellow co-workers. He is an outstanding leader who made a difference at our site. Whenever he was in charge of running sort, things always ran more smoothly, and goals were met. Rouzbeh is a very talented and effective leader. In all aspects from earning trust of associates to optimizing and efficiently operating an entire site. I've had the pleasure of working with Rouzbeh in Amazon while he trained as an Area Manager for a new site. Rouzbeh has an incredible work ethic combined with a caring heart, which makes him a charismatic and compassionate leader. Just like many fortunate few, Rouzbeh was selected to he best of the best program at the airport branch. Rouzbeh was always regarded well by all his colleagues because of a genuine care towards his customers. Rouzbeh always had the personality and drive to be a great manager. His charisma is like no other and when it came down to getting things done, he made it happen. He is a true leader by far.
